About this calculator

SDLT Calculator is a small reference tool for working out Stamp Duty Land Tax on a UK residential purchase. It is built and maintained by Supra Digital with the goal of being the fastest and most accurate calculator for England and Northern Ireland, and being explicit about when each rate took effect so you can trust the numbers.

The site has no ads, no popups and no analytics that profile you. Where we link to mortgage advisers, conveyancers or surveyors, those links are clearly marked and the calculator output is never affected by them.
